Minimum Security Guard Employment Requirements:
Clean criminal background / Clean arrest history
Minimum of 18 yrs of age
High School graduate or equivalent
Be willing to work in all areas
Be willing to work nights, weekends and overtime
Must have dependable transportation
Be proficient in report writing and verbal communication
Must pass a background screening including:
Application, Interview, Reference verification & Drug screening.
In addition, all applicants must complete a basic security course.

Preferred Requirements
1-2 year college
2 years security, law enforcement, or private investigation experience

Security guard training may also be provided. Your starting security job pay is based on your training and prior security guard job experience and prior security guard employment in Miami or south Florida.
